Dennis N. Rausch

Age 61 of Stacy, passed away on March 6, 2017. "Fred" "Pop" My husband is gone. No more will I feel his sweet kisses upon my lips, nor the comfort only he could provide. My buddy is gone, no longer here to laugh and dance. No longer here to hold my hand, no longer by my side. Dennis was born in Sartell, MN on June 13th 1955, he was raised in Little Canada, MN along with his 7 brothers and 4 sisters. He attended Saint John Church and School of Little Canada. He was a 1973 graduate Kellogg High School and continued his education at Lakewood Community College. He was an employee at Abbott Northwestern Hospital for 29 years. He was known as the fire systems guy, the go-to guy. He was dependable, kind, considerate, organized, helpful, fun, a great dancer, compassionate, and most of all smart! He could do most anything. He's our "MacGyver". We love him so very much for all he's done for us and will miss him for all time. Dennis and I met on September 15th, 1979 and I knew on our 2nd date that the was the man I would marry. I was head over heels for him and still am. He was crazy about me too. Dennis passed away peacefully March 6th, 2017 where he wanted to be, home in bed listening to KOOL108 with his loved ones close by. Dennis is preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Victoria (Traut) Rausch, nephew Bobby, mother-in-law, Janet Diebel, and brother-in-law Loren Magnuson. Survived by his loving wife Jackie (Diebel), his beloved sons Dennis (Lisa) Rausch, Michael (Pamela) Diebel, his treasured grandchildren Joey, Jeffrey, Lauryn and Nicholas, his loving siblings, in-laws, his dear nieces and nephews, not to mention all of his loving aunts, uncles and cousins on both sides, as well as his friends and his work family. Please join us in celebrating Dennis' life on March 26th, 2017 at the Forest Lake American Legion: 355 Broadway Ave. W, Forest Lake, MN 55025 from 2-5 pm.
