hurch and Elks Lodge. He enjoyed completing building projects with his two sons and granddaughters. Bruce had a passion for music throughout his life and played all the brass instruments. He sang with the Elks Chanters for 40 years, was a member of the Muscatine Civic Chorale and sang with the Church Choir. He was a member of the Illini Marching Band that played for President Eisenhower's second inaugural parade. He played his euphonium horn with the Quad Cities Wind Ensemble, the Wesley Winds, the Washington Municipal Band, and many other musical groups. Those left to honor his memory include his wife, Sandy Huston of Muscatine; two sons, Glenn Huston and wife, Kathy, of Muscatine, and Carl Huston and wife, Ronda of West Columbia, Texas; five grandchildren, Tabitha, Hope, and Melyssa, Danielle Andes and husband, Caleb, and Sydney Hans and husband, Randy, three great-grandchildren, Keely and Wyatt Andres and Leo Hans; one brother, Brent Huston and wife, Helen, of Manhattan, Illinois; and one sister, Christine Lee and husband, Leslie, of Union Grove, Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by his parents.
