Naylor Neal Cooper Jr. of Washington Ave. died Thursday, December 05, 2013 at HealthAlliance Hospital Broadway Campus. He was born in Kingston, the son of the late Naylor and Pearl Skelly Cooper Sr. Mr. Cooper was self-employed, operating NACO Septic Service in Kingston. He enjoyed being with his grandchildren, working, and playing guitar, piano and banjo. He was a fan of Elvis Presley. Surviving is his companion, Sharon Conormon, a daughter, Victoria (Nelson) Cooper Williams; a son Mickey Shuman; two sisters, Pearly Cooper and Mabel Striegel and his two grandsons, Nelson and Jonny Williams. Many cousins and nieces and nephews also survive. He was predeceased by his former wife Joan Cooper Weeks and his cousin Edward Cooper Sr. Friends will be received at the Keyser Funeral & Cremation Service, 326 Albany Ave., Kingston on Tuesday from 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM. A funeral procession will follow to St. Joseph's Church for a 12:30 PM funeral Mass. Interment will follow in Wiltwyck Cemetery.
