Donna Mandello Ball, 74, of Bradenton, FL, passed away on Wednesday April 19, 2017 in Bradenton. Donna was born in Baltimore, MD to Salvatore Mandello and Eva Regula on August 22, 1942. She went to school at St. Mary's Catholic School in Annapolis, MD. She married Roger Ball on February 14, 1989 in Dania, FL. She worked as a Human Resources Manager for Broward County for over 10 years. She was involved in many church activities and loved teaching computers to the elderly, she loved to travel, go to the beach, shopping, spending time with her kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews, loved to have a party or any reason to celebrate, loved the Miami Dolphins, volunteering, she was an amateur photographer and appreciated a good selfie, she was an ardent cook, she developed strong communication skills early in life, which served her well as a Human Resource manager later in life. Donna's zest for life will never be forgotten by her friends and family. Donna is survived by sisters: Regina Kirby, Marcella Woodworth, and Celeste Gallagher, and brother-in-law Archie Woodworth, children; children; Rusty and Paige Smith, Kelly Cook and her fiancé Scott Cameron Sr., Diane and Ward Shopf, Amy Ball, and Michael Ball. Grandchildren: Melissa Smith, Lauren Moerkerken, Stephanie Smith, Danny Shopf, Justin Jones, Kevin Shopf, Jennifer Smith, Megan Jones, Tyler Cook, and Colton Smith. Great-Grandchildren: Brayden Smith, Andrew Holland Jr., and Zuri Moerkerken, as well as her beloved dog, Callie. Visitation will be open to public from 11:00am to 1:00pm on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Fred Hunter Funeral Home at 6301Taft Street, Hollywood, FL 33024. Funeral service will be held at 1:00pm followed by a reception gathering at Fred Hunter Community Center from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm. The family of Donna M.
