Cooper, grandparents; David and Cathy Cooper, Cheryl Blackburn, and Diane McKay, great grandfather, John Galvinowsky, his nephew, Justin M-J Colon, who was the light of his life, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his great great grandparents; Norma and Harry Peltz, Henrietta Cooper, Juanita McKinley, grandfather, Kenneth J. McKay, aunt Amanda McKay-Reynolds.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, April 30th, from 1 - 5 pm, in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst, where funeral services will also be held on Monday, at 11:00 am. J.J. Joseph and Tyler Wolfe will be officiating services. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Garden, Avon.
Jeffrey was always proud to volunteer his time and efforts to the ALS Association and all of their walks and fundraisers, doing so to carry on his aunt Mandi's memory. He was quite pleased with himself when he carried his team's sign above his head for an entire ALS Walk in Akron.
