Keslar, William B.

William D. Kesler, 60, of Lorain, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017 in Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain following an lengthy illness.

He was born October 2, 1956 in Carmichaels, Pennsylvania to James Boyd and Doris Jane (née Workman) Keslar. Bill was raised in Logan and after his graduation from Logan High School in 1974 he joined the United States Air Force.

Bill lived most of his life in Elyria and worked as a manager for the Continental Cable Co. He most recently worked as a drywall hanger for his brother's business in Elyria.

He will be missed by his brothers James B. (Martha) Kesler, Jr. of Seguin, Texas and Tim Keslar of West Virginia; sisters Bonnie Kesler of Logan, Kim Kesler, Martie Kesler Brown and Amy Kesler Halliburton; step sons Archie Bohannaon and Michael Harvill and a step daughter Jennifer Lynn Tackett and his former wife Lori Kesler Rensing. Bill was a beloved grandfather and uncle.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents.

His funeral arrangements are private.
