Paula Lampe October 27, 1954 - October 15, 2012 Keota, Iowa Visitation: 5-8 p.m. October 17, 2012 at Powell Funeral Home, Wellman Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. October 18, 2012 at First Baptist Church, Wellman Interment: October 18, 2012 at Wellman Cemetery Paula Marie Lampe was born October 27, 1954 in Washington, Iowa the daughter of Marvin and Adella "Peg" (Evans) Boone. She received her Associates Degree in Business from Kirkwood Community College. On October 26, 1974 she was united in marriage to Dale Lampe in Wellman. She has lived in the Wellman and Keota communities all of her life. She worked at the County Line Mart, and at the Johnson County Planning and Zoning office. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Wellman. She enjoyed rock hunting and antiques. Paula died on Monday, October 15, 2012 at the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was 57 years old. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, October 18, 2012 at the First Baptist Church in Wellman. Pastor Mark Larson will officiate. Burial will be in the Wellman Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman.
