Weslaco, TX - Agustina Estrada Cerda, 92, peacefully died at her home surrounded by family on June 13, 2017. She was born May 27, 1925 to Dionicio and Canuta Estrada in Weslaco, TX. She is preceded in death by her husband, Isabel (Eladio) Cerda; her parents, Dionicio & Canuta Estrada; 2 brothers, Agapito Estrada, Ladislado Estrada & 1 sister, Marcelina Estrada Arevalo. She is survived by her children, Juanita C. Segundo (Juventino), Oscar Cerda (Elaine), Ana Celia Cerda, Hector Cerda; 3 granddaughters, Melissa Segundo Moreno, Veronica Segundo Esparza (Leroy), Carina Segundo & 3 great-grandsons, Raul Moreno III, Abram Michael & Gabriel Esai Esparza. Agustina loved God, life, and her family. She was a very hard worker, homemaker and gardener. l be 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday, June 16, 2017 at Guerra Funeral Home of Weslaco - Chapel of The Angels with a 7:00 p.m. rosary. Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 17, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Donna, TX. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Joseph Buenrostro, Juventino Segundo, Martin Arevalo, Edelmiro Zuniga, David Estrada & Albert Arevalo.
