Tony C. Harris

"Crash" Tony C. Harris, 56, Muncie, passed away, following an extended illness Sunday, July 16, 2017, at AMG Specialty Hospital in Muncie. He was born October 22, 1960, in Muncie, Indiana, the son of Curtis and Joyce (King) Harris. Tony enjoyed going fishing, hunting, was a self-employed carpenter, and jack-of-all-trades. Survivors include his mother, Joyce Harris; special friend, Leisa Garland; his special nieces, Alicia Wilson, Teena Wilson, Deanna (husband Troy) Malone, Misty Strahan, and Ashley Harris; special nephews, Ryan Wilson and Michael Harris, Jr.; fourteen great nephews, ten great nieces, and two great-great nephews. "Crash" was like a father, to all his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Curtis Harris; wife, Patricia Harris; brother, Michael Harris Sr.; sister, Lila Wilson; and a great niece. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 22, 2017, at Elm Ridge Funeral Home, 4600 W. Kilgore Ave., Muncie, Indiana 47304. Burial will follow at Elm Ridge Memorial Park.
