n class="notranslate">Chris was eventually united in marriage to his high school sweetheart, Georgette "Gigi" Wise, on July 16, 1983, and their union has been truly blessed with almost 34 wonderful years, and 2 absolutely adored children together. Chris would earnestly provide for his family by investing over 23 years as a draftsman at ERTL, before his most recent opportunity to share 7 years of his time and talents with the Almon Company. When Chris wasn't at work his passions would land him in a welcoming pew at Holy Ghost Church, on two wheels with the open road moving quickly below him, loyally navigating the links chasing that elusive hole in one, sitting down to watch his favorite Hawkeye's or St. Louis Rams take the field, or even relaxing in the kitchen with a little Beatles in the background while he created his latest delicious dish to share with his loved ones. Now, there is no doubt that Chris was a perpetually jolly man who was always willing to share his joy with the world around him, but he was also even kind enough to teach any unsuspecting new Monopoly challenger how rules can sometimes be quite fluid depending on the tables owner. His love and adoration for his family, especially his beautiful wife and children, are surely beyond measure and will definitely be replicated within his generations to follow. Unfortunately, we must sadly try to grasp a new world where Chris is no longer physically present among those who knew and loved him. His swift absence has shaken us at our core, but in time we will find the fond memories which Chris leaves behind will begin to outnumber the tears in our hearts. We will be forever grateful for the 61 years the Lord shared this amazing man with us and find comfort in knowing that we'll all get to see his sincerely happy smile again one day.
