e Bailey at the Okie Boulevard Church Of Christ in Las Vegas, Nevada. He graduated from Troy High School in Fullerton, California at the age of twenty two. Matt spent many years living in group homes for the mentally challenged and attended sheltered workshops such as Goodwill Industries. His picture on the side of a Goodwill truck was the first in their ad campaign. Matt lived in the Spring Creek group home in Arlington, Texas for eighteen years. Matt enjoyed music and spent many hours downloading music from his TV to the computer and burning CDs which he gave away to his family and friends. He was known as "the music Man." Although mentally challenged from birth, Matt brought joy, love and laughter to so many. Matt loved to go to church and often sat with some of the widows that he adopted as his "grandma." although his own grandmothers lived in California, Matt had many grandmas in Texas and Colorado as well as California where his father served as minister. He is survived by his parents, Dan and Emily Flournoy of Watauga. He is also survived by his sisters, Sara Rix and husband Randy, of Keller, Texas, and his sister Deanna Holcomb and husband Steve also of Keller. He is also survived by nieces and Nephews: Tyler and Nathan Rix; Houston, Abigayle and Daniel Stephenson, and step-nieces Allie, Ashley and Abbey Holcomb. A visitation will be held Thursday July 6, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Home, 6001 Rufe Snow Drive., Watauga. The funeral will be Friday at 10:00 AM at Shannon Rufe Snow Funeral Home Chapel with burial at 12:00 PM at Bluebonnet Hills Cemetery, 5725 Colleyville Blvd. Colleyville, Texas 76034.
