Gloria Jean Kelley

Gloria Jean Funk Kelley, 69, died peacefully Saturday, July 29th at The Bird House Hospice Home surrounded by her family. Funeral Services to celebrate her life will be at 10 AM Wednesday, August 2nd at Lensing Funeral & Cremation Service, Iowa City. Burial will be at Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4 to 7PM at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Gloria Kelley Memorial Fund c/o Hills Bank and Trust or to The Bird House Hospice Home of Johnson County. Gloria was born November 24, 1947 in Iowa City, the daughter of John and Ruth Hauk Funk. She was a 1966 graduate of City High School. On November 20, 1973 Gloria married Robert Kelley in Rock Island. Gloria was a baker at Randall's and Hy-Vee for many years. Gloria loved to bake everything, but brownies. She enjoyed canning, crafts and road trips, but most important to Gloria was her family.
