Luong Long

Long Van Luong, 62, passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2017. He was born in Vientiane, Laos, on January 1, 1955, to Pang Luong and Kim Nong. Long is survived by his mother, Kim; sons, Dan and Johnny; and brother, Som Luong. He was preceded in death by his father, Pang. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2017, at Hamilton's near Highland Memory Gardens, 121 NW 60th Avenue in Des Moines. Inurnment will take place at 10:00 a.m., Monday, August 7 at the Tai Dam section of Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines. Memorial contributions will be received by the family.
