Shari Allcock, 81, went to rest in the loving arms of Jesus on Monday morning, August 7, 2017. She was surrounded by loved ones as she crossed into heaven. Her family was her pride and joy, and she was a loving wife, mother, ma-maw and friend.
Shari was born in Arlington, TX April 17, 1936 and was a lifelong resident. She was one of the first female barbers in Arlington, and was always proud of that fact.
She was also an avid crafter and loved crochet, needle point, and embroidery. Shari always had a Diet Dr. Pepper in one hand, and Snickers the cat in the other. She was so proud of her position as Welcome Ambassador at Brookdale Lake Arlington, where she lived her final days and made many friends.
