Cynthia Cook, 60, of Iowa Falls, passed away Friday, May 19, 2017 at Hansen Family Hospital. To honor her wishes, no services are planned at this time. Woodley Funeral Home, LLC of Iowa Falls is caring for the family.
Cynthia Lou Brass was born November 17, 1956 in Hampton, Iowa to Paul and Eva (Rasmussen) Brass. She graduated high school in Iowa Falls, Iowa with the class of 1975. She worked for Boyt Manufacturing before she married Paul Cook on June 22, 1985 in Las Vegas, Nevada. To this union was a daughter, Jennifer. Paul died on June 18, 1986. Cynthia was very talented at doing plastic canvas crafts and she enjoyed reading in her spare time. She worked at AmericInn and Heritage Care Center in Iowa Falls. Cindy is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Cook of Iowa Falls, Iowa; two sisters, Sherry (Dennis) Stanton of Des Moines, Iowa and Betsy Brass of Tucson, Arizona; two brothers, Jack (Glenda) Brass of Iowa Falls, Iowa and Roger Crippen of Fort Dodge, Iowa; several nieces and nephews.
