William "Bill" D. Collins

William "Bill" D. Collins 78, of Burlington, WI and formerly of Williams Bay, WI, passed to eternal life on Wednesday June 21, 2017 in Burlington, WI. Bill was born to the late Max and Florence (Chubb) Collins of Mt. Union, Iowa. He graduated from New London High School in 1957. He and Sandra K. Gonzales-Parenti were united in marriage in 1967. Bill is survived by his wife, daughters Lisa (Mark) Cates, Julie (Matt) Jackowski and son Max Collins, 11 Grandchildren, and a sister, Mary (Jim) Pratt and sister-in-law, Beverly Collins. A private family service will be held in Iowa in Mid-September. Elliott Chapel, New London, is assisting the family with arrangements. [more]
