Harold H. Groff

Harold H. Groff, 84, of Bernville, passed away Monday November 3rd in Berks Heim. Harold was married to Gladys I. (Kreitz) Groff. Harold and Gladys were married for sixty three years. Born in Bernville, he was the son of the late Clarence and Helen (Kissling) Groff. He was a cabinet maker for many years, retiring from Birchcraft Cabinets. He was a member of Friedens Lutheran Church in Bernville. Harold was a former member of the Bernville Lions Club. He enjoyed bowling and hunting. Additional survivors include two children, Kim D. Groff, husband of Gail of Richland and Kandy M., wife of Jerry Landuyt of Myerstown. There are three grandchildren, Michelle Kapp and Phillip and Peter Groff. Also, three step grandchildren, Kristin Murray, Noel Landuyt, and Heidi Johnson. There are five great grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Zachary Groff, Hayleigh Kapp and Lincoln and Lucy Groff. Also, five step great grandchildren, Nicholas, Caroline, and Hope Landuyt and Clayton and Anna Johnson. There is one sister, Janice DeLong wife of Norman of Bernville. 8th at 10 am in the Kirkhoff Funeral Home, 206 N. Main St., Bernville with Rev. Robert Argot officiating. Interment will follow in Christ Little Tulpehocken Church Cemetery, Jefferson Twp.
