Barbara J. Allen, age 65, passed away August 30, 2017 in Hamilton, Ohio. She was born to the late Clarence and Marietta Broughton on August 10, 1952 in Hamilton, Ohio. Barbara is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Lloyd W. Allen Sr.; children Christa (David) Napier, Tammy (Eddie) Snapp, Lloyd W. Allen Jr. and grandson Kyle Napier. A memorial gathering will take place at Ivey Funeral Home at Rose Hill Burial Park on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 from 11am-12pm with a memorial service to follow at 12pm.
