Catherine Karczewski

Catherine E. Karczewski, age 68, of Toms River, passed away on Wednesday, August 30, 2017. Catherine was born in Wilkes Barre, PA and moved to the Ocean County area in 1970. She was a rural delivery carrier for the Toms River Post Office for 15 years up until her retirement in 2010. She was also the owner of Alladin Hair Salon in Toms River. She was predeceased by her brother-in-law Paul Danile in 2017. Surviving is her loving husband Stephen Karczewski; children Christina Karczewski of Wall, Randy Karczewski and his wife Jennifer of Jackson and Brian Karczewski of Toms River; grandchildren Allison and Kayla; brother Jack Smith and his wife Flora of Florida; and her sister Karen Daniele of Rio Grande, NJ A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 from 4PM to 7PM at Horizon Funeral & Cremation Services, 1329 Route 37 West, Toms River.
