Danny Brown

Danny Brown, age 55, of La Porte City died Friday, September 1, 2017 at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City due to complications from a heart attack.  He was born July 20, 1962 in Waterloo, the son of Bill and Esther (Girsch) Brown and graduated from La Porte City High School.   Danny lived in La Porte City all his life, and loved every minute of outdoor life on the Cedar River. He was a proud member of the Barnesferry Crew. Survivors include his father, Bill Brown of La Porte City; 2 sisters, Angie Turner-Wilcox of California and Marybeth Brown of Arizona and his proudest possession, his daughter Hannah Brown of Mason City, IA and numerous nieces, a nephew, cousins, aunts and uncles and friends.  Danny was preceded in death by his mother, Esther Brown; his brother Jeffrey Brown and his beloved dog Bella.   To read the full obituary, please click here: http://www.kearnsfuneralservice.com/obituaries/danny-brown[more]
