CARROLLTON - Lynn Ligon, 74, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2017, in Carrollton.
Lt. Colonel Ligon was born Sept. 11, 1942, and was a graduate of Arlington
Heights High School and TCU.
He was an Air Force Lt. Colonel, Vietnam Veteran and a Retired U.S. INS Public Affairs
Director.
Lynn Ligon was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Cody Ligon.
Survivors: Family, many friends and his dog, Baylee.
