Chloe Neil Dowis, 82, passed away Monday, Sept. 4, 2017.
Chloe was born on Oct. 17, 1934 in Seymour. He was a welder and a mechanic. He enjoyed gardening and making ornamental iron. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret; son, Jacky; and daughter, Nona.
Survivors: Sisters, Karen Welch and Sandra Windham and husband, Ricky; brother, Douglas Dowis; daughters, Judy Renno and husband, Greg and Virginia Cooper; eight grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
