Patricia Ann Barker

Patricia Ann "Pat" Barker, 79, of Waterloo, died Thursday, September 28, 2017 at her home.  She was born June 17, 1938 in Ottumwa the daughter of Merritt and Jessie (Lennie) Rolison, Jr.  She attended Ottumwa schools.  She married Donald Terrell, Sr. in 1957, they were later divorced. She married James Barker on February 12, 1965 in Waterloo; he preceded her in death on October 26, 2003.  Pat had a love for exotic birds and animals, crocheting and puzzles.  Her home was always open and filled with love. She never met a stranger and will be greatly missed. Survived by: two sons, Merritt (Lorie) Terrell and Michael Terrell both of Waterloo; two daughters, Janice (Chris) Koester of Waterloo, Debbie Beckjorden of Prairie City; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-three great grandchildren and three brothers, Ronald Bell of Waterloo, Steve (Linda) Rolison of Janesville and Billy (Deb) Rolison of Waterloo.  Preceded in death by: her parents; her husband; two sons, Vincent Barker and Donald Terrell, Jr. and one sister, Linda Owens.
