Frances E. Besser, 93, of Glendale, AZ and formerly of Ft. Madison passed on September 27, 2017 in Glendale, AZ.
She was the daughter of John and Clara Holtkamp and wife of Melvin Besser. Frances was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Altar and Rosary Society and the FMCH Auxiliary. She enjoyed playing cards with her card club of many years.
Survivors include five children, Bob, Carol, Donna (Mike), Anita (Jerry) and Brenda; a brother, Clarence (Rae) Holtkamp; two sisters in law, Burnita Hammes and Burnita Besser; brother in law, Bill (Joyce) Hammes; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and an infant brother.
