Everett Renegar Grant

Everett Renegar Grant, age 93 of Winchester, passed away September 27, 2016 at Lakeside Manor. He was born on June 8, 1923 to Hubert Oscar and Mary Ellen Renegar Grant of Winchester. Everett served his country in World War II in the United States Army. He retired from Home Beneficial Insurance Company, and his hobby in life was visiting with other people. Everett was a lifelong member of First United Methodist Church in Winchester. He is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Ruth Smith Grant; twin brother, Elbert Grant; brothers, Errol Grant, Jack Grant, S.J. Grant, Oscar Grant, and Raymond Grant; sisters, Alliene Lipsey, and Margaret Scoville; and nephew, Hubert Grant. A graveside service will be held at Winchester City Cemetery on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Gary Tubb officiating.
