He was involved in establishing the Evening Men's Bible Study Fellowship class in the Valley, and went on to serve as the area class Administrator for Latin America. This work took him and Linda throughout Latin America even living in Mexico City for three years and Quito Ecuador for one.
He is proceeded in death by his parents Velma and Bryan Hunt, and his sister Nancy Powell.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Linda Link and their two children, Hillary Elizabeth and Bryan Link.
Visitation will be at his home, 1202 South Border #672 in Weslaco, Texas from 4pm-6pm on Wednesday, October 11th. Funeral service will be on Thursday, October 12th, 2pm at First Presbyterian Church in Weslaco Texas with Pastor Scott Floyd of Covenant Presbyterian Church (PCA) officiating the service. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park.
