James "Jimmy" Henry Coker

James "Jimmy" Henry Coker, age 62 of Decherd, passed away on Friday, October 13, 2017 at his residence. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Winchester on October 18, 1954 to the late Harvey and Margie Walls Coker. Jimmy worked as a Heavy Equipment Operator on road construction. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, and watching westerns. Jimmy is survived by his wife, Connie Lynn Coker of Decherd; daughter, Lindsay (Christopher) Coker Anthony of Manchester; sons, Jason (Amber) Coker and Joshua Coker, both of Decherd; brother, Wesley (Betsy) Coker; sister, Stella Coble of Winchester; and grandchildren, Alanna Coker, Cruz Rader, and Jaseley Coker. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Saturday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 PM on Sunday, October 15, 2017 in the Moore-Cortner Chapel with Rev. David McGee officiating.
