Elaine "Grandma Peggy" B. Hunt

MADISON- Elaine "Grandma Peggy" B. (Sage) Hunt passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the age of 95. She was born on July 21, 1922 in Waterloo, IA to Joseph and Hazel (Anderson) Sage. Peggy's greatest loves in life were taking care of her family, helping her husband with the family business, and being the best "Grandma Peggy" she could be. Peggy is survived by her children Joe (Daryl) of Waterloo, IA and Dawn (John) Casper of Madison; grandchildren Paul (Kari) Hunt, Lara (Chris) Sanders, Erin Casper, and Jessica Casper. She is further survived by her great-grandchildren Devin, Natalie, Leah, and Claire. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard, brother Jack Sage, and her parents. A Celebration of Life will be at 11:00 AM on Friday, October 20, 2017 at Mt. Hope United Methodist Church, 6114 Sage Rd., Waterloo, IA 50703.
