Claudine Rogers

Claudine Rogers, 83, Muncie, passed away Thursday afternoon, October 12, 2017 at Signature Healthcare of Muncie. She was born Sunday, May 6, 1934 in McMinnville, Tennessee, the daughter of Claude and Kate Hickey. Claudine had worked as an L.P.N. for several years. She was a member of Cornith United Methodist Church; she enjoyed reading, and spending time with her family and grandchildren. In earlier years, Claudine also enjoyed traveling to Florida with her husband. When their friends would get together, they would play one of their favorite games, Mexican Train. Survivors include her husband of 66 years, Philip H. Rogers, three children, Steve (wife Joy) Rogers, David (wife Erin) Rogers, and Vicki Helton; five grandchildren, Matthew Rogers, Kyle Rogers, Heather Taylor, Caleb Rogers, and Hannah Rogers; also five great grandchildren survive. She was preceded in death by her parents. The family would like to thank the staff of Signature Healthcare of Muncie, and the staff at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospice, for their care of Claudine.
