He also enjoyed travel, crossword puzzles, classical music, picking up the park across from his home, and was an avid reader. His smile brightened the lives of many! SURVIVORS include his loving wife of 62 years, Greta; children, Rick (Linda Middleton) Bushnell, Diane Bushnell, Cathy (Jon) Workman and David Bushnell; grandchildren, Emma (Frank Peterson) Torresen and Ian (Shannon) Davis; great- grandchildren, Lila and Elsie Torresen, and Maeve Davis; step granddaughters, Erin (Kevin) Sturtevant, Olivia and Isabelle; sister, Audrey Thompson. A FUNERAL SERVICE will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at The Lee Chapel, 6291 S. Harvey St. (231)798-1100. VISITATION will be held Friday evening from 5-7 PM at the funeral home.
