Joel Birdsell, 59, of Spirit Lake, formerly of Hampton, Iowa passed away on November 7, 2017 at his residence in Spirit Lake. A graveside service will be held 11:00AM Saturday November 18th at the Reinbeck Cemetery in Reinbeck, IA. The Surls Funeral Home in Iowa Falls is assisting the family.
