Schaefer-Ortiz, Darcy G., age 46, of Winter Haven, Florida, formerly of Miami, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, November 10, 2017. She is survived by adoring husband Carlos, beloved daughters Chelsey and Olyvia, devoted mother Donna Schaefer, loving sister Nichole; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by cherished grandparents, Ray and Sue Granda. A memorial service will be held on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Fred Hunter Funeral Home, 2401 South University Drive, Davie, FL 33324. Family and friends welcome at 11:00 am. Service at 1:00 pm.
