Lynea Oakley
MADISON - Lynea Marie Oakley, age 39, found peace after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, November 12, 2017. Lynea was born on March 16, 1978 in Madison, WI to James and Lori Oakley. She attended Immaculate Heart of Mary in Monona and graduated from La Follette High School. She had a passion for animals and went on to become a Veterinary Technician. In the last five years of her life she worked at the Dean Call Center. Lynea took pride in everything she did and always had immaculate hair and nails. She enjoyed music, reality tv, going on adventures with her Partner Julie, and spending time with her family and children. Lynea always brought a smile to everyone she met and will be greatly missed. Lynea was a bright light in this world and an amazing mother.
Lynea is survived by her partner, Julie Thompson-Feirn; children, Brielle L. Siam and Jordan H. Siam; parents, James and Lori; siblings, Aftyn (Joshua) Wilke and Brandyn; Uncle, Gordon "Fritz" (Stefanie) Statz; Julie's parents, Richard (Kate) Thompson-Feirn. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

ovember 19, 2017 with HOLY WISDOM MONASTERY, 4200 Co Hwy M, Middleton. A visitation will be held from 1pm until time of service on Sunday at the church. In Lynea's honor please feel free to wear something "pink and sparkly" to her celebration of life.
A special thanks to Agrace Hospice for their outstanding love and care in the last months. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Agrace Hospice.
