Sherry L. Quick Canton Sherry L. Quick, 68, of Canton passed peacefully into the arms of the Good Lord on Friday, June 12, 2015, at her residence. She was a lifelong citizen of Canton and a devout member of St. Marys Catholic Church in Canton in which she was involved in over many years and activities. Born September 16, 1946 to Ben and Donna Maurice Wilson, she graduated from high school at Santa Cruz, CA in 1964. She married Donald Quick of Canton on November 6, 1964. He preceded her unto our Savior on October 7, 2011. She is survived by her mother and father, four children, Dan Quick of Canton, Darren Quick of Canton, Dawn (Michael) Jones of Omaha, AR, and Debi Jo Starnes of Canton; as well as two half-brothers, Melvin Nash of Santa Cruz, CA, Rick Nash of Los Banos, CA; two half-sisters, Helen Lebreton of Los Banos, CA, Becky Cooper of Gilroy, CA; and seven grandchildren, Joshua, Seth, and Lydia Jones of Omaha, AR, Alexis Lynn of Scottsbluff, NE, Jonathan Starnes of Fiatt, and Andrew and Noah Quick of Canton. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at St. Marys Roman Catholic Church in Canton, where visitation will be held one hour prior to services. Cremation rites will be accorded following services with burial of ashes next to her beloved husband, Donald, at St. Josephs Catholic Cemetery in Canton at a later date.
