Arthur "Arty" Palermo, Sr; of Fort Lauderdale, Florida passed away on Wednesday morning, November 15, 2017, he was 84 years of age. Born in The Bronx on January 26, 1933, son of Frank and Guila (Carbone) Palermo. Raised and educated in The Bronx, Arthur met the love of his life, Audrey Caputo, they married on December 1, 1957 and shared 56 years of marriage until her death in 2013. Formerly of Rockland County, New York, they also lived in Lake Ronkonkoma, Long Island before coming to Fort Lauderdale in 1974. Before his retirement, Arty worked as a Fleet Manager at Headquarter Toyota in Miami. Arty was former president of The Estates of Fort Lauderdale.. Survived by his three devoted children, Donna Mae (Vinnie) Spadafino, Arthur "Artie" (Debbie) Palermo, Jr; Dean (Heather) Palermo, his adored grandchildren, Donato Palermo, Gianna Spadafino and Amanda Palermo and his loving brother, Carmine "Bobby" (Louisa) Palermo. Treasured by his Nieces, Nephews and Friends. His beloved wife Audrey (Caputo) Palermo died in 2013.
