Harold Gordon Haglund

Haglund Harold G. of Wayzata MN passed away at the age of 90 on October 14 2017. Harold was born in 1927 in Minneapolis MN where he graduated from South High School. He served in the U.S.Navy and then attended the U of MN graduating with a degree in Accounting. Harold and Gloria Battern were married on August 23 1952. He began his carreer in public accounting with the Broeker and Hendrickson Accounting firm and became senior partner of the Minneapolis office retiring in 1983. Harold is preceded in death by his parents Otto and Florence; wife Gloria; brothers Byron and Arthur; and daughter Susan Dorn. He is survived by his sons Steven Kay James; grandchildren Matthew Traci Nathan Christine Annie Adam Schweitzer great grandchildren Delilah Dylan and Avery; sister-in-law Barbara Haglund; niece Carrie McCrohan; and nephew Richard Haglund. Memorial service Wednesday October 25 2017 - 11:00 AM at St. Philip's Lutheran Church Small Chapel 6180 Hwy 65 NE Fridley MN. Private interment Lakewood Cemetery Minneapolis.
