JayQuantay Jasont Foster (24) passed away on December 3, 2017. A public funeral service will be held on Monday, December 11, 2017, at 12:00 p.m. at the Revival Center Church Of God In Christ. A public visitation will be held one hour prior to service. Please check back for a full obituary.
