Peter Solomon, 42, of Maquoketa, Iowa, passed away on Saturday morning, December 9, 2017, at his home in Maquoketa. A celebration of Peter's life will be held at 2 P.M., Saturday, December 23, 2017, from the Maquoketa Island Church (Faith Community Church) in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M. at the church. Cremation rites will be accorded following the services. The Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa is caring for the family. Peter Solomon was born on February 8, 1975 in Pohnpei, Micronesia to Ihnas and Analy (Dewey) Solomon. He married Enina Jimmy on December 12, 2010 in Maquoketa, Iowa. Peter had worked as a CNA in Michigan prior to moving to Maquoketa. He had lived in Maquoketa for the past twelve years.
