Parker Lyndsey Ake

Parker Ake age 84 of Lake Wales, FL and Hillsboro, TN passed away on December 17, 2017 at Lake Wales Memorial Hospital in Lake Whales, Fl. Mr. Ake was born on July 6, 1933 in Estill Springs, Tennessee to the late Era Otis (Pete) Ake and Thelma Buena Hannah Ake. He was a 1951 class graduate of Franklin County High School and attended Tennessee Tech University. Mr. Ake was a veteran of the Army National Guard and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Estill Springs. He worked for AEDC Fire Department, Ake and Hannah Construction, Solid Waste Disposal and the Outdoor Resorts of America. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his first wife, Edith Yarbrough and second wife, Jean Brown Hoagland.
