She is survived by a son, Rolland Henry "Rick" Richtman and his wife, Cheri, of Keokuk; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband in 1967; her daughter, Penny Reed , in 2001; two sisters; and her twin brother, Henry, June 14, 1930. Funeral services were held Thursday, March 19, 2009 at DeJong's Funeral Home with Brother Bill Hauser officiating. Burial followed at Keokuk National Cemetery in Keokuk, Iowa. A public Eastern Star Memorial Service was held. Memorials may be made to Lee County Hospice or to the George M. Verity Riverboat Museum.
