Christine A Royer

Christine A. Royer, 65, of Burlington, died 6:12 a.m. Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Pearl Valley Rehabilitation in Washington, IA.
Born December 13, 1952 in Burlington, she was the daughter of Charles W. and Ethel Mae (Clark) Wills. She married James Royer in April of 1972 in Burlington, they later divorced.
She worked as a stocker for Wal-Mart Super Center in Burlington for three years, retiring in 2007.
She enjoyed playing bingo, constructing latch hook rugs, and she loved dogs, especially Labradors.
Survivors include her parents Charles and Ethel Wills of Burlington; one son, Shane (Margie Baxter) Royer of Burlington; one sister, Debbie (Bob) Manning of Stronghurst; two brothers, Jerry (Joyce) Wills and Mike Wills both of Burlington and her faithful companion, her dog, Zenner.
