William "Bill" Thomas Prince Sr
William "Bill" Thomas Prince Sr, age 83 of Winchester, passed away on Monday, December 25, 2017 at home surrounded by his loving family. A native of Franklin County, he was born in Sewanee on February 28, 1934 to the late Jack and Virginia Prince. Bill served and retired from the United States Air Force. He was pitcher and team manager of the Air Force Softball Fast Pitch League and won many trophies during his career. Bill also enjoyed golf where he placed second in the Tennessee State Senior Citizen's Golf League. His favorite thing was fishing in his boat. After retiring from the U.S. Air Force, he worked as a car salesman, and then opened his own dealership called Number One Auto Sales in Decherd. Bill was a loved member of Estill Springs Nazarene Church. Bill loved his wife and children, and had great joy being a "Papa." Most of all he will be remembered for the love he gave his family.
