Jason Keith McNace

Jason McNace, 37, of Boone died at the Boone County Hospital on Saturday, December 30, 2017. Per his wishes, Jason has been cremated and Memorial Services will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at the Cornerstone Alliance Church in Boone with Rev. King Smith officiating. Burial of his cremains will be in the Linwood Park Cemetery. Jason Keith McNace, was born in Boone, Iowa on August 24, 1980, the son of Jim and Burdean (Davis) McNace. He graduated from Boone High School and worked as an insulation technician for Kinzler Construction in Ames. Jason loved the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, especially river catfishing, hunting, especially deer... hunting, and mushroom hunting. Jason also enjoyed attending the car races at the Boone and Marshalltown Speedways, and spending time with his family, friends, and his Jack Russell dogs. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Eugene Davis, Cathy Sturtz, and Richard McNace; and his beloved dog, Emma.
