Roxanne Elizabeth Levins Hoschek, 54, of Burlington, died at 7:56 PM Sunday, December 31, 2017, at the Burlington Care Center in Burlington.
Born January 24, 1963, in Burlington, she was the daughter of Donald Thomas and Wanita Ann Bozarth Levins.
She worked as a LPN in Health Care at Prairie Ridge Care.
She was a Burlington High School graduate. She later graduated from Southeastern Community College with a LPN nursing degree.
She was of Catholic faith. She enjoyed spending time with her sons and her pet dog, Bella. She loved spending time with her Hootie Hoo girlfriends and shopping. She also enjoyed going on the Mississippi River for boat rides with her friends.
Survivors include her mother; two sons, Logan Hoschek and Garrett Hoschek both of Burlington; three brothers, Tom Levins of Omaha, NE, Steve (Vickie) Levins of West Burlington, and Bryan Levins of Burlington; three sisters, Chris Levins Phillips of Temple, GA, Amy (Scott) Smith of Bettendorf, and Jill Levins of West Des Moines; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Prugh~Thielen Crematory.
A Celebration of Life Family Gathering for Roxie will be 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Thursday, January 4, 2018, at The Drake Restaurant River Room.
A memorial has been established in Roxanne's name.
