Patricia Ann Campbell

Patricia Ann Campbell, 52 of Colo died on Sunday, August 31, 2008 of injuries sustained in an automobile accident in Ankeny.  Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 4 at the Colo United Methodist Church with Pastor Lewis Flanigan officiating.  Burial will follow in the Colo Cemetery.   Patty was born on September 25, 1955 in Nevada to Donald Lee and Ruth Ann (Nervig) Wilson.  She was a 1973 graduate of Colo Community High School.  Patty was employed as an Administrative Assistant at Iowa State University in Ames. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Colo.  Patty enjoyed exercising, reading, playing cards, spending time with Kelly and Kristen, and attending family gatherings.   Patty is survived by 2 daughters, Kelly Ann (Nick) Tonelli of Johnston and Kristen Marie Campbell of Colo; her parents, Donald and Ruth Wilson of Colo; 2 brothers, John Charles (Vickie) Wilson of Colo and Jeffery Lee (Yolanda) Wilson of Ankeny; a sister, Donna Lynn (Randy) Flack of Knoxville.   Patty was preceded in death by Kevin Allan Campbell on November 17, 1995.
