Mary Ann Miller, 80, passed away Friday, November 30, 2012, at Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m., Thursday, December 6, 2012, at the Main St. Chapel of the Anderson Funeral Homes, in Marshalltown. Visitation will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 5, 2012 at the Main St. Chapel of the Anderson Funeral Homes. Interment will be at the Iowa Veterans Cemetery in Van Meter, IA. Online condolences may be sent to www.andersonfhs.com Mary Ann was born August 12, 1932 to Roy C. and Evelyn L. (Mangold) Granneman in Manchester, IA. She graduated from Marshalltown High School. Mary Ann was united in marriage to Edward Miller in Chillicothe, MO. She farmed along with Ed since 1952. Mary Ann did the farm accounting. She was also employed at Lloyd's Restaurant, Iowa Electric Light and Power Company, McGregors Furniture, and Fiscus Real Estate. She owned and operated Miller Real Estate. She loved to garden and was a member of the Local Daylily and the Des Moines Hosta clubs. She was a voracious reader and was devoted to her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a brother, Jim Granneman.
