Lorraine J. Ohrt, 86, of Clinton, passed away, Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at the Alverno.

Funeral Services will be 10:30am, Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at Chancy Lutheran Church. Burial will be in the Springdale Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Mike Ohrt, Dave Ohrt, Pete Ohrt, Sean Ohrt, Abby Regenwether, Kayla Ohrt, and serving as a honorary pallbearer will be Megan Ohrt. Lorraine Joan Heath was born on May 17, 1931 in Clinton, the daughter of Leonard and Amanda (Mueller) Heath. She was a 1949 graduate of Clinton High School. She married Gerald Ohrt on September 10, 1950 in Clinton; he passed away July 31, 2000.

purchasing department at Chemplex for 19 years retiring in 1986. She was a member of Chancy Lutheran Church. She enjoyed boating and spending time on her houseboat on the Mississippi River, and attending the monthly luncheons at the Candlelight with her high school classmates.

Lorraine is survived by her three sons: Michael (Penny) Ohrt of Albany, Illinois, David Ohrt of Clinton, and Peter (Susan) Ohrt of Clinton; four grandchildren, Sean (Jami) Ohrt, Abby (Joe) Regenwether, Megan Ohrt, and Kayla Ohrt, four great-grandchildren, Kane & Kasen Ohrt, and Urijah & Milo Regenwether; her sister: Shirley Mohr of Clinton, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and one sister.
