Crystal Kay Slach, 55, of rural West Branch, Iowa went to be with her Lord on Monday, January 15, 2018. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 11:00 am, Hope Church, Tipton. Burial will follow in West Branch City Cemetery, West Branch, Iowa. A general memorial fund has been established in her memory. Online condolences may be shared at www.fryfuneralhome.com. Crystal was born on December 29, 1962 in Muscatine, Iowa and was the daughter of Richard Leroy and Jene Candace Slach. Crystal graduated from Solon High School in 1981 and attended Kirkwood Community College. Crystal worked throughout her life in the service industry at various hotels, restaurants, and other businesses. Crystal enjoyed gardening and flowers. She was a lifelong cat lover and has had too many in her life to list their names here. Crystal cherished her nieces; Jade, Navella, Jocelyn, Olivia and Winter and nephews, Ben and Ethan. Crystal called Hope Church of Tipton her home and faithfully attended when her health permitted.
