Lorraine Pearson

Lorraine A. Pearson, age 84, died Thursday, January 18, 2018 at her home. Lorraine was born February 7, 1933 in Olmsted County, Minnesota the daughter of Douglas and Adlyn (Hemshrot) Fellows. She graduated with the class of 1951 from Rochester High School. Lorraine married Gene Pearson and in their union had four children. Lorraine worked in various positions at Mayo Clinic for 30 years retiring as an Assistant Payroll Manager in 1994. Lorraine enjoyed scrapbooking, gardening, and growing flowers. She also enjoyed reading, coloring, crocheting, sewing, cooking and visiting with friends. She was a member of the Red Hat Group (Castle Queens), Class of '51 Ladies and Christian Women's Club. She is survived by her children, Debbie Pearson of Rochester, Janice (Rick) Kingsley of Rock Dell, and Jeff Pearson of Spring Valley; six grandchildren, Jeremy, Travis, Dustin, Patrick, Matthew and Amanda; twelve great grandchildren, Kyra, Jade, Ashton, Noah, Emma, Bella, Clara, Josiah, Brendon, Bryn, Parker and Grant; sisters, Doris (Tom) DeMarce of Belmont, MI and Nancy (Gus) Myran of Menomonie, WI; brother, Ronald Fellows of Florida. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home. Interment will be held at Grandview Memorial Gardens.
