William "Bill" Logan, 83 of Keokuk, IA died Thursday, January 25, 2018 at his home. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, February 3, 2018 at St. John's Episcopal Church in Keokuk with Reverend Larry Snyder officiating. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk. Visitation will be held after 1 p.m., Friday, February 2, 2018 at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk with the family meeting with friends from 5 - 8 p.m. A full obituary is forthcoming.
